LOCAL DELIVERIES

Local delivery to Port Hedland, South Hedland and Wedgefield is free! This is to residential and commercial addresses (Auspost pick up is not included). We do not deliver on Public Holidays. We find it very helpful if you leave delivery instructions as we understand a lot of people have fencing around there homes.

DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Shipping rates

We charge a flat rate of $18 per box which is sent via Australia Post standard shipping. We do offer express for $22, please consider this option around peak postage times. 

We work with Australia Post to ensure your packages are delivered quickly and safely. Any order placed before 6pm AWST will be dispatched the next business day. 

Standard Shipping will take approximately 5-10 working days to arrive, personally I always opt for express which is faster. 

We work from a regional location, non local deliveries may take a little longer in the post then you are used to. Once your order is placed you will be sent a tracking link with the delivery details of your parcel. 

Packages are only sent on standard business days - Monday to Friday, if you place an order that will be shipped on the weekend it will be posted first thing Monday morning.

Wrong delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery details are accurate before completing the check out process. If you've made a mistake let us know as soon as possible and contact us to rectify this. If your gift has already been shipped we will try our best but it may be too late to change the delivery address. Please note that corrections or changes to addresses and parcels marked 'return to sender' may result in additional fees. 

My package hasn’t arrived

We work hard to deliver your packages as quickly as possible but unfortunately we are only human and sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please understand we do our best to get your packages delivered safely and endeavour to follow up any lost, missing or delayed parcels. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated when these rare instances occur.
